📦 Rollpack Mattress Unpacking Instructions

⚠️ Please read these instructions carefully before opening the mattress.

• Box Opening: It is recommended to open the package in the room where the mattress will be used. When using a cutting tool, do not insert the tool too deeply to avoid damaging the mattress fabric.

• Unpacking the Packaging: First, carefully cut the outer nylon, then the vacuum-sealed inner nylon. Once the vacuum is released, the mattress will rapidly begin to expand.

• Shaping Process: Your mattress will reach 80% of its form within the first 1-2 hours. It is recommended not to use it for 24 hours for it to fully form and perform optimally.

• Important Note: A new product smell is natural and will dissipate quickly in a well-ventilated room. Due to hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for mattresses with opened vacuum packaging.
