Customer Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

As PALMERA YOUTH ROOM FURNITURE INDUSTRY AND TRADE LTD. STI. (“ PALMERA ”), we manufacture furniture in accordance with international quality standards in a healthy and reliable manner, and deliver it with an understanding that ensures customer satisfaction.

We, as the data controller whose details are provided below, obtain and keep confidential your personal data through our sales channels in accordance with confidentiality principles and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“ the Law” ). With this document, we fulfill our obligation to inform and request your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data.

We process your personal data, including name, surname, Turkish Republic ID number, nationality, country, city, passport number, place and date of issue, signature, vehicle license plate number, company, profession, address, e-mail address, telephone number, cargo information, registration information, payment information, request or complaint data, website data, transaction security information, and camera recordings, primarily for the conduct of our business, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes set forth in the PALMERA MOBİLYA Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy ("Policy") document, which you can access at "www.palmera.com.tr". We protect your personal data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures for the periods stipulated in the PALMERA MOBİLYA Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy, and delete, destroy, or anonymize it during the periodic destruction period (6 months) following the expiration of this period.

With your explicit consent and in accordance with legislation, we may share your personal data with natural persons or private legal entities, shareholders, business partners, affiliates and subsidiaries, suppliers, authorized public institutions and organizations, private insurance companies, auditors, consultants, domestic organizations with whom we have contractual services or with whom we cooperate, within Turkey for the purposes determined in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.

With your permission, we send commercial electronic messages via your contact information to inform you about our products and services, introduce new products and services, and offer special deals. We can stop these communications upon your request.
