📦 Rollpack Mattress Opening Instructions

⚠️ Please read these instructions carefully before opening the mattress.

• Unboxing: It is recommended to open the package in the room where the mattress will be used. When using cutting tools, do not insert the tool too deeply to avoid damaging the mattress fabric.

• Opening the Packaging: First, carefully cut the outer nylon, then the vacuum-sealed inner nylon. The mattress will begin to expand rapidly as the vacuum is released.

• Forming Process: Your mattress will reach 80% of its form within the first 1-2 hours. To achieve its full form and best performance, it is recommended not to use it for 24 hours.

• Important Note: A new product smell is natural and will dissipate quickly in a well-ventilated room. Due to hygiene standards, mattresses with opened vacuum packaging cannot be returned.
